About URSY

URSY is a network being built for the agentic web by Lee Samuel Tucker. It brings together useful tools, specialist information, service discovery, accounts and permission for software acting on a person’s behalf. TEAS.co.uk, also founded by Lee, is a working tea shop where that wider ambition is tested against real products and customers. URSY.press follows the project’s development, the decisions behind it and the services becoming available for people and their authorised agents.

Why the project exists

We expect more people to ask assistants to research, compare and carry out tasks for them. Those assistants will need useful places to go: specialist knowledge, tools they can use and permission to work with an account. URSY is building those services so that independent specialists can participate in that web. TEAS.co.uk makes the questions practical through the ordinary work of helping someone choose and buy tea.

The founder

Lee Samuel Tucker is the founder of URSY and TEAS.co.uk. His background is in the family motor trade in Kent and selling through online marketplaces. He served as a director of Ticehurst Motors from March 2013 to October 2024. He is now building URSY with AI assistance for an agentic web in which software can find specialist services and carry out authorised tasks. TEAS.co.uk provides a working shop in which to develop and test that ambition. His longer view is five to ten years: useful services that can connect with other people’s systems as well as with each other.
